Willow Fire & Security were asked by a property management company to look at an AOV fault at one of their properties in Hackney East London. We arranged a call out to the property where we discovered an issue with the AOV actuator which pushes the window open to act as a smoke vent if there is a fire.
We ordered a new AOV actuator and returned to fit the part. We tested the operation opening and closing of the AOV Window and left the site fault free and healthy.
