Willow Fire & Security attended a newly acquired site in London following a call-out to investigate the condition of the fire alarm system.
The system had not been maintained for several years so our team carried out a full service of the fire alarm panel and associated devices.
During the inspection, we identified that the backup batteries were well beyond their service life.
These were replaced on site to ensure the system operates reliably in the event of a power failure.
The fire alarm system is now fully compliant and back in proper working order.
