The existing wired fire alarm system had been condemned due to dangerous cladding on the building, making it unsafe to operate. As an interim measure, the building owners were forced to rely on 24-hour fire wardens patrolling the premises until a permanent solution could be installed. Our team was instructed to deliver a rapid, fully compliant wireless fire alarm system to restore safety and reduce ongoing costs.
Project Scope & Installation Details

5 × FireCell radio cluster communication units to ensure reliable wireless signal coverage

Smoke and heat detection on each communal landing
