Willow Fire & Security carried out a 6-monthly AOV maintenance service at a hotel in Kingston, Surrey. The system included a chain drive actuator controlled by an SE Controls panel, with mechanical shaft ventilation in the lift lobby and a roof-mounted vent.
All components were tested and confirmed to be in full working order, ensuring continued compliance and effective smoke ventilation throughout the building.
Reports including images of the work were sent immediately to the client.
