Willow Fire & Security carried out a mechanical AOV service at this block of flats in East London.
We attended site to carry out an annual service on this mechanical system. We tested all 5 louvre vents on smoke and override.
We then tested each floor for lock out. We carried out routine tests to the FDS panel and also the fan panel.
After the inspection and testing we lubricated mechanisms and cleaned the safety grills.
